- During the week of February 7th- 11th, SCV will be honoring Random Acts of Kindness Week. Name three kind acts you might do for a friend, family member, or neighbor.( For example, you might volunteer to do the dishes, walk a neighbor's dog, or even hold the classroom door for someone.) Then discuss why someone would appreciate a random act of kindness. What kind act might someone do to make you happy? Is there some reward for being kind? Should there be? Think about it...
- Everyone knows that February 14th is Valentine's Day. People buy gifts and cards for the people they care about on this day. Do you give Valentine's Day cards to friends and family? Do you like to receive cards?Why do you think people like Valentine's Day so much?
